yoga 1 hour class- $10 1 1/4 hour class - $12 10 class punch card - $95 (to be used over 3 months) Monthly unlimited - $50 Scholarships available
Private Yoga 1 1/2 hrs-$75 1 1/2 hrs "Home Practice" - $100 **I will help you create a home practice that will get you started practicing your yoga at home. Together we will create a sequence that includes asanas (postures), dhyana (meditation), and pranayama (breathing techniques) that will have you moving forward in your practice while having fun!
Summer Special: 50% off your first Thai Yoga Bodywork session!!! Thai Yoga Bodywork is a blend of passive yoga stretches, accupressure, and massage and is based on Ayurvedic
principals. It is done on a pad on the floor and fully clothed. The
practitioner uses their whole body to assist in the massage, and not
only works on the physical body, but is also actively clearing and
aligning the energetic system, while working with the 10 major sen
lines.
Thai Yoga Bodywork: 2 hrs - $100 1 1/2 hrs - $85
Prices for Swedish Massage: 1 hr - $60 1 1/2 hrs - $90
Prices for Polarity Therapy:1 1/2 hrs - $75
Massage/Polarity Combo 1 1/2 hrs - $90
Studio Guidelines: * Arrive early doors will be locked when class starts * Wear comfortable clothes you can easily move in * It is recommended that you avoid eating two hours before class * Come hydrated * Mats and props are available at no extra charge * Please make sure to tell the teacher if you are pregnant, injured, or are working with a condition that may alter your practice *If you need to leave early please tell teacher before class
