Radiant Flow

Radient Flow connects students to their internal rhythms as they explore ways to express themselves in postures. Students will be supported in finding the place in their practice where their body says "YES!" Through a dynamic asana sequence, meditation, pranayama (breathing practices), chanting and more, this class holds a safe containership for adaptation, exploration and creative expression.

Gentle Vinyasa Flow

This class teaches students to ride the breath and focus inward as they journey through this flowing yoga practice. Students are encouraged to move intuitively as you link the postures, creating a meditation in motion. This flowing sequence fosters grace, strength, and flexibility while nurturing inner peace and stillness. Gentle Flow is wonderful for both new and seasoned students. Come flow with us and leave totally rejuvenated!!

Vinyasa

This class encourages students to tap into the rhythm of their breath and move with grace and ease. This allows the body to open and release tension and stress that has been stored in the muscles and joints. Students will leave this class with space in the body, and freedom in the mind.  Please hydrate yourself before coming to class and bring a water bottle and towel with you.

60 Minute Flow

60 minute Flow Vinyasa  condenses our 90 minute class into a 60 minute format.  This class  is a great solution for that mid-day break. You will experience all the benefits of the extended class, including pranayama, core, and flow.

Partner Play Yoga

This class is open to all levels, no experience or partner required.  This class focuses on working in partnerships in a way that will be fun, theraputic, and exhilerating.  We will explore movement and postures while in contact with others.  This class will include, but not be limited to:  meditation, yoga asanas (postures), partner assisted inversions, flying, basic acrobatics and lots of yoga partner play.  This work will  help us all to refine our skills of:  deep listening, communication, and trust, as we all together co-create a safe, fun, loving environment that will facilitate an open hearted yoga practice!! 






Yoga for Kids

Yoga will support the health and well being of your child, while enhancing their strength, flexibility, coordination and body awareness.  In this four week session we will work together on basic yoga poses, breathing exercises, and body awareness games.  Through this practice children will discover how to be calm and still in their body and mind.  By encouraging self-discovery and inquiry into the details of the poses, children learn about their natural world and ways in which they are interconnected with all of life, this in turn nurtures their self-esteem.  Yoga is a non-competitive activity where cooperation and compassion are just a few of the amazing gifts that will be revealed.  Each  individual child’s unique creative self is celebrated and encouraged to shine!


Parents are welcome to stay at The Yoga House during this 30 minute class.  We have a large comfortable living room where you can read a book, share in conversation, eat snacks, or just relax.



Gentle Yoga and Meditation 
This gentle yoga class offers the beginner as well as the seasoned student opportunities to seal into cellular memory the proper alignment of each pose, and work therapeutically with any limitations. This class sets a foundation of greater ease in the body, and prepares the mind for the meditation. During meditation, students will be lovingly guided in the inner practices of yoga, including breathing, and contemplation.
