At the Yoga House we co-create a sacred environment for the study and practice of the ancient art and science of yoga. A warm and inviting place where the people feel at home whether sipping a cup of tea and sharing conversation with a friend in our cozy dharma lounge, invigorating their day with one of our various yoga asana classes, or deepening their inner practices with meditation. The instructors of the Yoga House are all well trained, committed to the sacred heart-filled path of yoga, and are excited to share their knowledge and experience with you. A wide variety of styles of classes are offered to meet the differing needs of our students. Those who are just beginning with yoga as well as long time yogis will find classes that will nurture their body, mind and spirit, creating healthy vitality to bring to all of life. Along with daily yoga classes there will be several opportunities monthly to gain deeper wisdom and experience through half day or all day workshops. The Yoga House is a supportive, non-competitive place where people of varied walks of life can find sanctuary to deepen their physical, emotional and spiritual life.

Yoga House Studio Guidelines: * Doors will open 30 mins before class starts, please arrive early * Wear comfortable clothes you can easily move in * It is recommended that you avoid eating two hours before class & come hydrated * We ask that you refrain from conversation in the practice room * Mats and props are available at no extra charge * Please make sure to tell the teacher if you are pregnant, injured, or are working with a condition that may alter your practice *If you need to leave early please tell teacher before class
